Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role is part of the Operations team at Xapo Bank, contributing to work streams such as payments execution, reconciliations, general back office, and cards operations. You will develop expertise in our systems and operational processes while working remotely from anywhere in the world.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in an Operations department, ideally in banking or fintech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in payments, banking, financial reconciliation, or card disputes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel or database skills.
• Ability to work independently and be proactive.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
