Franki is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Finance and Operations Manager to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This role is ideal for a CPA-qualified finance professional with US GAAP experience, looking to take ownership of core financial management, operations, and HR administration functions for a growing tech business.

In Short

• Oversee and manage financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and budget preparation.
• Supervise our outsourced finance team, including bookkeeping and general ledger.
• Manage US and Australian payroll, taxes, and ensure compliance.
• Liaise directly with investors on financial matters.
• Prepare board reports and financial presentations.
• Analyze operational and capital expenditures for cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage HR administration and contractor payroll management.
• Oversee vendor and SaaS subscriptions, contract management.
• Provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Proactive, independent, analytical, and adaptable to startup environments.

Requirements

• CPA Qualifications is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years experience in finance.
• Experience across operations including HR management.
• Direct experience with US GAAP.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Xero.
• Ability to work across time zones with a minimum 6-hour overlap with Pacific Time.
