Senior Engineer, NSO (Network and Systems Operations) - Remote

Overview

This role involves monitoring and improving observability and reporting capabilities for Life360’s services, which include numerous microservices.

In Short

• Monitor day-to-day operations of Life360’s services.
• Improve observability and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in coding (Java, Python, etc.).
• 5+ years with large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, etc.).
• 3+ years with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud monitoring.
• 3+ years with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience optimizing high-traffic applications.
