Senior IT Operations Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior IT Operations Systems Engineer is pivotal in helping shape the future of how our Internal Users work. The systems engineer will have a big role in building out automation within the IT organization and will be a POC/escalation point for the IT operations team.

In Short

• Identify and solve team, organizational, and business IT infrastructure problems.
• Making technical decisions on behalf of the department and organization.
• Joint collaboration with Compliance, IT, People, and Security teams.
• Designing and developing software that improves back office automation.
• Participate in the Global IT planning process.
• Provide senior level direction to the Information Technology team.
• Build roadmaps for acquiring and implementing technology.
• Create and manage access policies for security compliance.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Work with Security and PeopleOps to develop automated processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user support in a cloud-first IT environment.
• Proven experience designing and deploying SaaS applications.
• In-depth knowledge of identity and access management.
• Developing automation workflows for manual tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
