Overview

As a Senior IT Systems & Operations Engineer at Whatnot, you will engage with stakeholders to implement and maintain corporate applications, ensuring compliance with security standards and promoting IT best practices.

In Short

• Engage stakeholders to understand needs for corporate applications.

• Manage vendor relationships as needed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an IT professional in a tech company.
• 4+ years of experience configuring complex IT systems.
• Track record of deploying cloud-based applications and automations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading large-scale IT projects.
• Understanding of onboarding & offboarding processes.
• Success in scaling IT processes with automation.
• Experience with collaboration tools for remote teams.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge of core IT systems and operations processes.
• Understanding of security principles and relevant technologies.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills.
