Overview

The Support Analyst will provide application support to customers, assist with client-facing documentation, and serve as a liaison between the company and customers while managing client support issues.

In Short

  • Provide application support to customers.
  • Answer complex questions and contribute to a knowledge base.
  • Assist with client-facing documentation.
  • Investigate, manage, track, and close client support issues.
  • Use a support ticketing system to document interactions.
  • Monitor open tickets and follow up with clients.
  • Work closely with team members for knowledge sharing.
  • Submit bug fixes and software enhancements.
  • Utilize excellent listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Professional and friendly attitude.
  • Typing skills and computer proficiency.
  • Willingness to learn new software.
  • K-12 Accounting, Payroll or HR experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with accounting applications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web browsers such as Google Chrome and Firefox.
