Finance Implementation and Support Consultant - Remote

Overview

Medisolution is seeking an Implementation and Support Consultant with a solid background in Financial processing and reporting within the Healthcare industry. You will be the frontline point of contact providing high quality, friendly, and prompt technical support.

In Short

• Provide high quality support to clients.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Implement new customers from start to finish.
• Provide ongoing customer support and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and update training documentation.
• Assist with business development activities.
• Participate in project planning and implementation.
• Troubleshoot software issues and provide guidance.
• Design new product features.
• Work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• CPA designation required.
• Minimum 5 years of Financial processing experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Broad range of computer skills including MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
• Experience with SQL or similar data modeling.
• Superior oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Finance systems in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Understanding of ERP systems is a plus.
