Overview

As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, you’ll support the efforts of the Customer Success Managers and Account Managers, providing onboarding consultations and proactive assistance to customers, while being integral to day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing or operations role in a tech company.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
