We are a Berlin-based Construction-Tech and Y Combinator startup that makes trading used construction machinery easier and safer with digital technologies.

In Short

  • Act as the primary contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Manage the entire mediation process from machine listing by the seller to pickup by the buyer, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Handle complaints and find quick, satisfactory solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our systems.

Requirements
