Customer Success / Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are a Berlin-based Construction-Tech and Y Combinator startup that makes trading used construction machinery easier and safer with digital technologies.

In Short

• Act as the primary contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Manage the entire mediation process from machine listing by the seller to pickup by the buyer, ensuring smooth communication.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
• Handle complaints and find quick, satisfactory solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our systems.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and continuously enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Completed studies or vocational training in a commercial field or comparable education.
• Professional experience in a similar position.
• High service and customer orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Structured, goal-oriented, and self-organized work style.
• High degree of initiative.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident demeanor.
• Organizational talent and administrative skills.
• Very good German skills, good English skills, French is a plus.
• Experience with common Office products like Excel and PowerPoint.
