Overview

In this CSSO role, you will drive the strategy, processes, and data-driven insights that empower our Customer Success Team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

In Short

  • Develop and refine processes, tools, and workflows for Customer Success operations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on reporting & analysis of metrics.
  • Enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Collaborate on planning cycles with Finance and CS leadership.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to CS workflows.
  • Define business requirements to improve Customer Success efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment with Sales, Product, and other teams.
  • Lead the roll-out and adoption of new processes or workflows.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with an innate curiosity.
  • Experience in SaaS and financial literacy.
  • Strategic mindset with data distillation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience in fast-growth SaaS environments.
  • Skilled in CRM reporting, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
