Overview

As a Customer Success & Operations Manager, you will own the post-sale relationship with our highest-value customers, acting as a trusted advisor while overseeing offshore teams delivering services.

In Short

  • Own the post-sale relationship with high-value customers
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
  • Supervise BPO/offshore staff performance
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify operational gaps and propose improvements
  • Monitor project progress and timelines
  • Support onboarding of new client accounts
  • Track key metrics and report on account health
  • Lead issue resolution across teams and processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with international teams and BPOs preferred
  • Ability to create SOPs and manage competing priorities
  • Proactive communicator with influencing skills
