Overview

As a Manager of Operations and Customer Success, you'll make a tangible impact on healthcare delivery by helping independent primary care practices thrive in value-based care while improving patient outcomes.

In Short

  • Support the development and execution of strategies for field team and practice engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with provider organizations to improve performance and satisfaction.
  • Oversee and refine operational processes for customer onboarding and practice transformation.
  • Optimize workflows and enhance internal coordination for operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer feedback informs service enhancements.
  • Implement best practices in customer success and maximize provider performance.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies and frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project specialists.
  • Advocate for field teams and primary care practices.
  • Assist in executing key projects with the Sr. Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, customer success, or provider engagement in healthcare.
  • Understanding of alternative payment models and independent primary care practice dynamics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
