Overview

The Customer Success Operations Manager (CSOM) at Megaport will support the Sales team and customers by enhancing customer experience, onboarding, and satisfaction, while also driving revenue growth and retention.

In Short

  • Provide oversight and reporting on internal customer-related tickets.
  • Manage customer service requests and facilitate orders.
  • Lead customer intake process and handle pre-sales forms.
  • Engage with Legal for non-standard commercial terms.
  • Oversee billing assurance tasks and customer invoicing.
  • Act as point of contact for billing between Finance and Sales.
  • Communicate trends to management to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of Megaport products and operational systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in Account Management/Customer Success/Sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM/Ticket Management systems (JIRA & Salesforce).
  • Passion for customer success and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Collaborative and effective communicator.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and systems.
  • Experience in software, Cloud SaaS, or Telecommunications is a plus.
