Overview

As a Customer Success Operations Manager at Omnisend, you will focus on optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our global Customer Success organization while collaborating with various teams to drive impact.

In Short

  • Streamline daily Customer Success operations.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards.
  • Drive AI & automation initiatives within the team.
  • Enable revenue growth through analysis and strategy development.
  • Own churn operations to maximize client-facing time.
  • Support people enablement through training and onboarding.
  • Act as a connector across Sales, Product, Support, and Onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Marketing operations.
  • Strong data skills in Excel, BI, and CRM, with SQL experience being a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to simplify complex processes.
  • Proactive mindset with an ownership mentality.
  • Experience implementing new tools or workflows across teams.
  • Comfortable leading change and energizing others.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Passion for customer success and team growth.
