Senior Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

Aledade is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to assist in leading the General Ledger team. This is an opportunity to help build a finance and accounting department from the ground up while serving as a driving force in improving the health and well-being of millions of patients.

In Short

• Lead the General Ledger team and assist with month-end close processes.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implement changes.
• Oversee key transactions including cash, software, leases, and accruals.
• Coach and mentor team members in financial activities.
• Evaluate and propose improvements to current systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Engage with external auditors for annual audits.
• Lead special projects and financial analyses.
• Support various business units with analysis and reporting.
• Promote career growth and development of junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA License preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience in public accounting or industry.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, FASB, SEC requirements, and SOX.
