In Short

• Lead the preparation of the monthly close process for the Texas entity.
• Prepare intercompany entries based on specific agreements.
• Collaborate with FP&A team for proper General Ledger coding.
• Prepare quarterly reports for debt covenants.
• Utilize SQL Server Management Studio for large data sets.
• Establish payroll processes in accordance with US GAAP.
• Support annual audits with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with sales tax and franchise/business tax.
• Review and approve journal entries prepared by outsourced team members.
• Manage the insurance renewal process.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience with payroll accounting.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in audit support.
