As an IT Operations Engineer I, you are a vital contributor to the health, stability, and efficiency of our production environments, focusing on deploying standard infrastructure components and ensuring system reliability and security.

• Deploy standard infrastructure components and assist in cloud computing architectures.
• Execute infrastructure tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Resolve alerts/tickets in a timely fashion and support root-cause analysis activities.
• Maintain firewalls and ensure audit-readiness for compliance standards.
• Contribute to team documentation and accurately estimate time for server configurations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required.
• 6+ years of experience in IT operations or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Must be available for on-call duties as necessary.
