Requirements

• 5+ years of troubleshooting experience with enterprise solutions.
• Experience in Incident and Problem Management.
• Knowledge of virtualization technology and cloud infrastructure.
• End-to-end IT project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS, and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and infrastructure services.
• Experience in application deployment and configuration protocols.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
