IT Operations Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Provide remote and in-person technical support in Dallas to LTK users.
• Provide equipment logistics support including configuring and deploying equipment.
• Handle employee and contractor lifecycle management tasks.
• Assist in the creation of IT processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Administer systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and others.
• Work with IT & Security to provide audit and reporting support.
• Follow ITIL and ITSM best practices.
• Own internal projects to optimize IT infrastructure.
• Monitor enterprise systems for protection and functionality.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies for IT services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration.
• Strong background with Apple macOS and Microsoft Windows.
• Experience with SaaS Support & Administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Asset Management solutions.
• Local travel within the Dallas metroplex required.
• Possession of an automation mindset.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
