Overview

The Commercial Sales Manager at LucidLink is responsible for managing a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving consistent pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue scaling in the Central and Eastern United States.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within named accounts.
  • Participate actively in deals with outbound prospecting and coaching.
  • Monitor team KPIs and drive accountability.
  • Collaborate with RevOps for accurate forecasting.
  • Coach the sales methodology and instill operational rigor.
  • Partner with marketing on outbound campaigns.
  • Identify expansion opportunities with Customer Success.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and recruiting efforts.
  • Represent LucidLink at key events and engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
  • Ability to hire and retain high-performing sales teams.
