Kustomer is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our Commercial Account Executive team, focused on bringing transformative customer experience capabilities to small and medium-sized businesses.

In Short

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Account Executives.
  • Conduct regular deal reviews and pipeline inspections.
  • Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Implement and refine sales processes optimized for the commercial segment.
  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new Account Executives.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Foster a positive and performance-driven team culture.
  • Coach the team on effectively positioning Kustomer's value proposition.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales leadership experience.
  • Experience managing sales teams in the Commercial or SMB market segment.
  • Ability to manage a team in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience coaching and developing sales professionals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of sales process management and negotiation techniques.
