Overview

As the Customer Success Operations Manager, you will be the architect of how our post-sales motions (onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion) scale and operate with precision, allowing our Customer Success team to focus on driving outcomes.

In Short

  • Design and maintain global Customer Success operational processes.
  • Define handoff frameworks between Sales and Customer Success.
  • Partner with Sales Ops leads to embed processes into Salesforce.
  • Work with Analytics to track and report on key success metrics.
  • Evaluate tooling and data flows for Customer Success.
  • Provide enablement, training, and documentation for CS operations.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between various teams.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success Operations or equivalent in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong process design and operational execution skills.
  • Comfortable with data, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Experience with SaaS tools/platforms used in CS operations.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solver mindset and drive for operational excellence.
  • Bonus: experience in a global organization with process standardization.
