As the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will be the strategic owner of our global hiring engine. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will sit at the intersection of business operations and people strategy, ensuring we have the talent density required to meet our ambitious roadmap.

In Short

• Design and execute a global TA strategy that aligns with NinjaOne’s multi-year business goals.
• Own enterprise workforce planning and partnership with C-Suite, Finance, and department leaders.
• Act as a key advisor to the Chief of Staff and the Executive team.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure our global brand is authentic and compelling.
• Own the evolution of our global TA tech stack.
• Build and own TA Analytics to provide actionable talent intelligence.
• Lead the global team with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Protect and promote NinjaOne’s values in the hiring process.
• Establish clear SOPs and SLAs for a consistent candidate experience.
• Manage the organization through shifts that come with hyper-growth.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Talent Acquisition, with 6+ years leading in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Expert in recruiting operations and global ATS implementation.
• High EQ and a low ego leader.
• Strong operational rigor and experience in workforce planning models.
• Experience with TA data integrity and HRIS integrations.
• Polished communicator who simplifies complex talent challenges.
