As we increase velocity globally across GTM, Product, and Engineering, our recruiting infrastructure must be precise, predictable, and built for scale. We are seeking a highly tactical, systems-minded, data-driven Senior Recruiting Operations & Analytics Specialist to power the operational engine behind Talent Acquisition.

In Short

• Build and optimize workflows and reporting infrastructure for recruiting.
• Execute operational strategies set by TA leadership.
• Translate hiring plans into capacity visibility.
• Embed structured workflows and eliminate spreadsheet dependency.
• Run regular system audits to resolve data inconsistencies.
• Design and implement automation for recruiting processes.
• Maintain recruiting dashboards in Power BI.
• Identify workflow friction points and recommend adjustments.
• Ensure data integrity across systems.
• Communicate findings to improve operational processes.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in recruiting operations or ATS administration.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining an ATS.
• Proven track record of automation and workflow optimization.
• Fluency in advanced Excel functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with ATS migration processes.
• Familiarity with Dayforce HRIS.
• Experience developing dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly.
