Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations or HR role.
• Knowledge of recruitment workflows and ATS administration.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with high-priority role coordination.
• Preferred experience in onsite interview programs.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and ATS platforms.
• Experience with People Operations or HR projects is a bonus.
