Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s required.
• 10+ years in healthcare with 3+ years in management consulting.
• Proven track record influencing C-suite buyers.
• Experience developing executive business cases and ROI models.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in leading workshops and customer engagements.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Team player with a consultative mindset.
• Ability to synthesize data into visual frameworks.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical teams.
