Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Value Consultant with deep expertise in the Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and SaaS ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with leading SaaS providers such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, and will be adept at driving customer success through the articulation and demonstration of business value in transformation projects.

• Partner with sales, solution architects, and customer success teams to understand client pain points.
• Lead value discovery workshops to uncover key business drivers.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and ROI models for clients.
• Provide strategic guidance on integration and automation.
• Equip clients with knowledge to adopt and scale iPaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and communication.
• 5+ years of experience in business consulting or customer success.
• Strong understanding of the integration landscape and SaaS ecosystems.
• Proven ability to assess client needs and demonstrate value.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
