Recruiting Analytics Specialist - Remote

Overview

This role involves managing the operational aspects of recruitment analytics and contributing to the overall recruiting analytics strategy at MongoDB.

• Advance recruiting analytics end-to-end and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize operational efficiencies for a consistent experience.
• Partner with talent acquisition and Recruiting Operations teams.
• Ensure data integrity and resolve data gaps.
• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Conduct weekly audits to highlight areas for improvement.
• Capture recruitment requirements and develop project plans.
• Make recommendations for key recruiting metrics.
• Leverage metrics to define KPIs and track effectiveness.
• Provide data solutions to guide recruiting programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, operations, and data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise-scale ATS, with Greenhouse, Gem, and Tableau as a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working within a recruitment team or operations.
