International Contract Manager - Remote

Through customer-oriented service, innovative sales channels, and a competent team, we have continuously expanded our business relationships with customers and suppliers. We are currently looking for an International Contract Manager to strengthen our Legal Department.

In Short

• Responsible for creating international contracts and offers, reviewing, and negotiating them in both German and English.
• Legal assessment of contracts and associated terms.
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and legal requirements.
• Leading contract negotiations with international customers and manufacturers.
• Providing technical support for contract law preparations.
• Developing and implementing contract strategies and processes.
• Monitoring and managing existing contracts, deadlines, and milestones.
• Conducting risk analyses and identifying optimization potential.
• Research activities.
• Supporting in claim defense or enforcement.
• Collaborating with international partners and customers, especially in Asia.
• Training and raising awareness among employees on contract-related topics.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Structured and precise working style with high service orientation.
• Analytical thinking and proactive working style.
• Knowledge of general terms and conditions law.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) are an advantage.
• Experience in distribution is an advantage.
• Knowledge of contract negotiations in Asia is an advantage.
