Overview

The Account Manager for BeNeLux at Tekpoint is responsible for managing relationships with key clients, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing sales data to drive business success in the region.

In Short

  • Act as the official distributor for Roborock and other brands in BeNeLux.
  • Negotiate and communicate with retailers.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns with retailers.
  • Administer and edit marketing data in Tekpoint Tool.
  • Analyze data for decision making and provide overviews for stakeholders.
  • Serve as the point of contact for key clients and Tekpoint HQ.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent English and French language skills; Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Goal-oriented, decisive, and detail-focused personality.
  • Independent and proactive work style.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player in an international environment.
