Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

Tekpoint is looking for a Legal Counsel, a key role for legally skilled negotiation professionals in the telecommunications and consumer electronics sector.

In Short

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international contracts and offers (German & English)
• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and legal requirements
• Communication and negotiation with international suppliers and customers
• Gathering and evaluating offers and procurement responsibility
• Development and optimization of procurement and contract processes
• Monitoring existing contracts including deadlines and milestones
• Conducting risk analyses and identifying potential savings
• Research activities
• Support in debt defense or enforcement
• Collaboration with international partners, especially in Asia
• Support in legal questions regarding contract and terms and conditions law

Requirements

• Completed studies (Bachelor or Master)
• Experience in international contract law, procurement, or logistics
• Very good German and English skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Analytical thinking and high personal responsibility
• Knowledge of terms and conditions law or contract law
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field
