As a Learning Specialist, you will design, develop, and implement learning strategies, courses, and content to help our Service Optimization team reach peak performance.

• Design, develop, and implement learning strategies and content.
• Focus on instructional design and online course maintenance.
• Conduct training needs analysis with stakeholders.
• Create content for on-demand and facilitator-led training.
• Manage Learning Libraries and assign courses.
• Use data to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Ensure quality standards for facilitator-led trainings.
• Develop onboarding and upskilling content.
• Experiment with new training ideas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to guide training material development.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience in learning program management and instructional design.
• Broad understanding of travel management and travel agent functions.
• Experience with Flight GDSes, mainly Sabre & Amadeus.
• Strong instructional design skills focused on e-Learning.
• Understanding of common learning theories and models.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills for operational problem-solving.
• Ability to develop trainer-facing material.
