Service Design Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Service Design Specialist will be responsible for analyzing data and feedback, systemizing initiatives, and developing solutions to ensure contractual KPIs are met while supporting quality and improvement.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Advanced MS Office and Adobe skills.
