Senior Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. This role involves maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting the financial operations of companies in the Philippines, India, US, and Bermuda.

In Short

• Maintain and update accounting records and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements and address discrepancies.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closures.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Workday).
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
