Underwriting Service Associate - Remote

Overview

The underwriting service specialist will work closely with underwriting and actuary teams to intake, organize and analyze submission data to create the most optimal rates for the business unit.

In Short

• Review insurance submission documents and data for eligibility and completeness.
• Organize submission data into categories based on class, exposure, losses, pricing, etc.
• Work with Alt Market underwriters to learn key information we need to collect.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Excellent proficiency with MS Excel & ability to apply it.
• Organized & methodical approach to tasks.
• Ability and willingness to learn.
• Collaborative teammate with positive attitude.
• Bachelors Degree required.
