Overview

As a Senior Associate, Underwriting Services for MIS, a ReSource Pro company, you will support MIS clients by processing low-to-mid level complexity tasks, serving as the lead processor for a group of clients.

In Short

• Process tasks related to underwriting and policy functions
• Follow established processes and procedures for routine and mid-level complexity tasks
• Gather and verify client information, research guidelines, and complete related reports
• Exercise problem solving skills to resolve low-to-mid level complexity problems
• Maintain up-to-date workflows for each process
• Handle client requests via inbound emails
• Respond promptly to client needs while maintaining professionalism
• Participate in client status calls and provide input
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs
• Look for opportunities to improve processes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience in worker's compensation or P&C insurance
• Customer-centric mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Process focus and detail-oriented
• Technological proficiency - MS Office and internal systems
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Collaborative and team oriented
