Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ReSource Pro, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Revenue Operations team by ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects that contribute to the company's growth.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to develop account plans and identify potential customers.
  • Proactively research and locate new accounts through cold calling and advanced prospecting techniques.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and qualify inbound inquiries.
  • Represent ReSource Pro's offerings and communicate how solutions meet client needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other technologies to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Participate in training and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed lead targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for contact management and reporting.
  • Strong sales instincts and excellent organizational skills.
