Director, Data Services - Remote

• Lead and build ReSource Pro's Data Services practice.
• Accountable for financial performance and client success.
• Engage with clients in pre-sales and solution design.

• Define and evolve Data Services strategy and offerings.
• Manage practice's budget, revenue, and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale practices.
• Client-facing leadership experience required.
• Strong background in Data Migration, ETL, and Analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• PMP/SAFe, CPCU/AINS, CDMP, cloud provider certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in Data Management, Data Services, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and business growth.
• Client-facing leadership experience, including pre-sales.
• Strong people leadership potential.
• Deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry.
