Director of Data and Services - Remote

Overview

Ethisphere is looking for someone with a strong background and passion for Ethics & Compliance (E&C) to join our Data & Services team. This candidate will work closely with E&C program leaders to assess and mature their programs, will provide thought leadership to the broader E&C community, and will work closely with colleagues to provide subject matter expertise to internal clients.

In Short

• Consult with E&C program leaders to understand their program goals and to help them improve their programs.
• Conduct and deliver E&C program reviews for Ethisphere clients to assess compliance program design and maturity.
• Provide advice and guidance on E&C related issues including governance, ethical culture, and risk assessment.
• Support training and communication efforts within the organization.
• Manage third-party risk and conflicts of interest.
• Contribute to thought leadership on E&C topics through various media.
• Support the work of other teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product and Technology.
• Monitor and audit compliance programs.
• Report and investigate misconduct reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working in the E&C field required.
• Deep understanding of E&C-related regulatory guidance and best practices.
• Knowledge of processes, controls, and regulatory requirements in core areas is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage workflows associated with assigned projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
• Multilingual skills a plus but not required.
