Contract Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Contract Specialist will manage the negotiation, editing, execution, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with our legal and business requirements. Reporting to our General Counsel, this role sits on the Operations team and also works closely with other internal stakeholders, such as the sales team. This is a client facing position and requires interpersonal skills to reasonably negotiate terms in an efficient way while still maintaining adherence to Ethisphere’s legal and business conditions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Experience with intellectual property, confidentiality, and privacy preferred.
• Juris Doctorate or Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work virtually.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong writing/editorial skills.
• Strong phone presence.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
