In Short

• Create, prepare, and audit initial drafts of influencer campaign agreements.
• Serve as a resource for Operations teams’ inquiries about governing terms of their influencer campaign agreements.
• Organize and maintain influencer contracts in our contract management system.
• Conduct rights analysis and summarize existing and proposed agreements.
• Perform research on rights, media platforms, and legal provisions.
• Work with Legal team to assess advertising claims substantiation.
• Learn and implement the company’s review and approval protocols.
• Liaise with the Operations teams to track and manage contract status.
• Manage incoming requests for contracts and prepare execution copies.
• Additional responsibilities as delegated by the Director of Business & Legal Affairs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; Paralegal certificate is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mac; Microsoft Office Suite; document management software.
• Passion for social media and/or influencer marketing.
• Work experience in business affairs, legal, contract management.
• Familiarity with advertising and media agreements.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and interact with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience using contract database software.
