Contract Specialist - Remote

Overview

Wrike is recruiting a Contract Specialist to be a member of Wrike's Legal Team, working closely with their internal business clients. The Contract Specialist will be key to delivering high quality contract review and negotiation services in a responsive and timely manner.

In Short

• Review, negotiation and management of vendor and customer contracts on a global basis.
• Work closely with Wrike’s procurement and finance teams and other business clients to complete contract requests.
• Intake, triage, review, prepare, collect signatures and data related to, and store corporate contracts.
• In-scope contracts include master services agreements, consulting arrangements, professional services agreements, software licenses, and more.
• Proven track record of responsiveness and dependability in a deadline driven environment.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of relevant corporate, in-house experience in transactional contracts support.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to see the big picture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Office suite, Google Docs and Workspace suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
