• Direct and mentor a team of designers and content creators.
• Monitor performance of creative and content initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in creative design.
• Leverage generative AI tools for content creation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in brand or creative leadership roles.
• Proven track record in scaling brands in high-growth environments.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
• Expertise in overseeing creative production from concept to delivery.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and maintain attention to detail.
• Experience developing impactful content strategies.
• Proficiency in design tools and generative AI tools.
