Overview

The Director of ICT Services will play an instrumental role in carrying out Imagine’s mission to design, test and scale tablet-based learning solutions that enable children to become literate and numerate. This position offers an international, flexible, learning environment to enhance individual career development and growth.

In Short

Strategic leadership and management of ICT operations globally.
Manage network infrastructure for thousands of schools.
Oversee IT services management and support.
Implement cybersecurity strategies and data governance policies.
Support and train local IT teams.
Ensure smooth operations of classroom tech.
Coordinate with hardware suppliers for tech issues.
Manage internal IT support for a distributed team.
Engage with country teams to resolve support issues.
Drive initiatives for subsidized data costs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, Computer Science, or related field.
8–10 years of experience in IT management or technical leadership.
Experience in IoT-based environments or EdTech.
Extensive experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure.
Proficiency in IT governance frameworks and cybersecurity.
Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.
Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
Passion for educational equity and access.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
