Overview

As Director of Media Services, you’ll be the strategic architect behind high-impact, measurable, full-funnel marketing programs that drive client success.

In Short

• Drive strategic success for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Manage key executive-level client relationships.
• Lead development and presentation of annual strategic visions.
• Facilitate seamless, integrated delivery across strategy, media, measurement/analytics and creative.
• Leverage tools such as MRI Simmons, SEMrush, and Nielsen.
• Apply advanced measurement methodologies to enhance media planning.
• Anticipate and address client issues with strategic solutions.
• Act as a strategic leader within New Engen.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members.
• Oversee P&L management within book of business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in media strategy and client services.
• Experience leveraging consumer research and tools.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large marketing budgets.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of formal people management experience.
• Strong strategic vision and communication skills.
• Familiarity with advanced measurement frameworks.
• A collaborative mindset focused on innovation.
