Overview

As a Project Manager at Donut Studios, you will be a key player in coordinating and managing creative assignments, ensuring smooth workflows, and facilitating communication among teams.

In Short

• Manage creative assignments using Asana from start to finish.
• Remove operational barriers for efficient workflows.
• Facilitate communication among internal and external teams.
• Monitor team bandwidth and manage workload distribution.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain organized documentation and meeting notes.
• Organize Slack channels for effective communication.
• Oversee platform management (Google Drive, Notion, etc.).
• Upload and organize client assets for easy access.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management in a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in project management tools, especially Asana.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).
