Requirements

• 4+ years managing technical teams.
• 4+ years in Salesforce or SaaS consulting.
• Experience in client escalations and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects.
• Prior experience in high-tech SaaS project management.
• Proven results in driving business needs.
• Experience in Agile environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools preferred.
