Vice President of Delivery - Remote

Overview

The VP of Delivery will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of all client engagements from project scoping and planning to execution and post-launch support.

In Short

• Define and implement the overall delivery strategy, processes, and standards.
• Oversee a portfolio of client engagements to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Build and mentor a diverse, world-class delivery organization.
• Act as an executive sponsor for high-value or strategic accounts.
• Standardize and scale delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Develop and manage the delivery budget, forecasts, and P&L for client projects.
• Provide strategic leadership for integrating newly acquired teams and technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in professional services or consulting.
• Proven track record of successfully leading delivery teams and complex technology implementations.
• Demonstrated experience with post-merger integration or similar transformations.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and related technologies.
• Strategic thinker with a history of driving initiatives that align with business goals.
• Exceptional communicator and negotiator.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
