Senior Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will support the overall Finance function for a large, multi-brand retailer in a fast-paced, complex environment. You will be responsible for establishing business processes, delivering analysis and insightful reporting to improve sales and margin forecasts for the company.

In Short

• Lead the sales & margin forecast consolidation and review process.
• Analyze and provide leadership summaries and insights across the portfolio.
• Assist brand teams during forecast submissions to ensure accuracy.
• Perform analysis on sales and margin drivers to improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide insightful monthly and quarter-end reporting for CEO and CFO.
• Identify and deliver process improvement and tool efficiencies.
• Support other pillars of Center of Excellence with ad hoc analysis.
• Work independently and think creatively to solve problems.
• Utilize Hyperion Essbase and Anaplan for financial analysis.
• Contribute to a culture of equality and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Math or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 3-4+ years of working experience in finance or related field.
• Proven ability to interpret and synthesize data.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented with keen attention to detail.
