Senior Finance Analyst - Remote

Flagstone is an online savings platform that is reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing data-driven FP&A function.

In Short

• Collaborate with department leaders to connect operational metrics with financial outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead projects to optimize and automate Finance processes.
• Build and evaluate business cases for new initiatives.
• Support and drive the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Manage and enhance financial models to forecast performance.
• Deliver regular reports on key financial metrics.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to assess new opportunities.

Requirements

• Background in FP&A or Commercial Finance.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with both autonomous work and team collaboration.
• Qualified through ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent experience (desirable).
• Demonstrated success in delivering financial models.
• Knowledge of SQL and ETL processes is a strong plus.
